Frequently asked questions

What is First Pages?

First Pages is a digital library designed to help children aged 1–7 develop early reading habits. We offer beautifully illustrated, scroll-to-read stories that are fun, calming, and educational — all in a format parents can trust.

Who is First Pages for?

Our platform is made for parents and guardians who want to introduce their children to reading in a safe, engaging way. While the stories are designed for young kids, only adults can create accounts and manage subscriptions.

How do I access the stories?

Once you subscribe, you'll get full access to our story library. Just log in to your account and start reading — no downloads or apps required. The stories are designed for mobile, tablet, and desktop.

Are the stories age-appropriate?

Yes. Every story is written with age-appropriate language and themes. Stories are labeled with general age ranges (e.g., 1–3, 3–5, 5–7) so you can easily choose the right content for your child.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. You’ll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

Do you collect data from children?

No. We do not collect personal data from children. Only parents or guardians are allowed to sign up and use the platform.

How do I contact support?

You can reach us anytime at service@firstpages.org and we’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days.

Are new stories added?

Yes! We’re always working on new stories to add to the library. As a subscriber, you’ll automatically get access to every new release.
